Locum Request for June 2013

Dear Doctors,

Please take note that lately the Public health department complained that the dengue notification is incomplete and they have problem tracing the patients. They have sent a warning letter to the hospital.  If there is a complaint again  we decided not to allow the doctor to do locum. We are tired of reminding doctor to notify and also fill the forms properly. Please kindly do your duties properly.
