Dear Doctors,
Just to inform everyone ,that we will be auditing your OPD cards on your documentation. Those who do not examine patient properly and doesn't write proper history will be barred from doing locum.
Doctors who don't turn up for their locum will not be given any locum slots for the following month. It is really a headache getting replacement.
Kindly see your locum roster properly and dont forget to turn-up. Your co-operation will be appreciated.
