Locum request for May 2012

Dear Doctors ,

Please put in your request for the month of May. We will be having a meeting with all the Locum Doctors soon. Most probably end of this month. Request all doctors to attend. Inform me if anyone getting 3 slot. There maybe a mistake. It is not easy to do a roster of 90 request. You go crazy. Most of you will get max 2 slot.

Locum Request For April

Dear Doctors,

There are an increase of HFM and dengue cases, so please notify all cases seen. We need all the doctors specimen signature .Please sign on the paper kept in the OPD Locum .

RULES

The locum clinic is available only for government medical officers working in Penang who have pre-registered with the coordinator. The coordinator reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

The rostering of doctors for the locum slots will be decided by the coordinator. All decisions will be made based on initial application, track record and reliability of the doctor involved; keeping in mind our innate responsibility to ensure the best services are provided and we are as fair as possible.

It is impossible to try to please everybody .... so we will not even try.
