Kindly put in your request for this month. There are some doctors not writing their name and MPM no. properly in the MC Book. We have decided not to give any locum slot from Feb if you are not following the rules. We have being having alot of problem due to incomplete. Please co-operate

Dear Doctors,

Please put in the request for January 2012. Dont forget to put in your claim by 30th Dec 2011 or 3rd January 2012.

Also please notify suspected and confirmed dengue cases . Notification must be done in the OPD Locum before admitting to the ward.
