Dear Doctors, Here are few feedback from your the Locum Doctors regarding problem seen during Locum Clinic. They are as follows: 1) MO's not passing over properly especially the dengue cases where history not taken again when patient comes to repeat FBC. When NS1 done by GP not notified by our doctors.Must notify before passing over. 2) Please wear proper attire. No slipper, no Jeans and ect... 3) Doctors not using their Locum Chop with name and MPM No.- All have to make their own name Chops. Just a reminder that thers is no 3pm to 8pm slot from Jan .If any changes we will inform you . Your cooperation is very much appreciated. Wish You all HAPPY NEW YEAR 2016. Thank you

Locum Request for Jan 2016

Dear Doctors, Pease put in your request for Jan 2016. Just a gentle reminder, all Locum doctors please use your Locum chop with your MPM no. Please do not hand write your name and MPM no. ESPECIALLY on the Medical leave. Please put in your request onces only and those having similar names put in your initials also. Hope those doing Locum have registered with Dr. Sasi.
